The Gravity Feed Paint Gun Stand fits all gravity feed guns. Stand provides a convenient means to hold the gun for quick spill proof paint refills or storage. Made of solvent resistant powder coated steel.
- Accuspray HVLP 23K System.
The AccuSpray HVLP System 23K uses a 3-stage turbine to supply air, not an air compressor. It runs on standard 110V, less than 12 amps power, so you can use it virtually anywhere an extension cord will reach. The turbine contains no oil, so the possibility of oil getting onto your paint job via the air line is eliminated. Also, the air from the turbine is pre-heated and dry, so the possibility of condensation forming in the lines is eliminated. Unlike 2-stage turbines, delivers 85 cfm at 5 psi at the gun, which is perfect for automotive paints and yields a consistantly smoother finish.
Cup Gaskets (34021) normally require replacement after 3 or 4 uses, or when there is a major color change. External Check Valves (34041) should be replaced, when they eventually get wet with paint, to allow air to pass through to pressurize the cup. The External Check Valves (34041) come in a pack of 3. 3' Flex Hose (34018) for better maneuverability.
Accuspray HVLP 23K System.
This AccuSpray System features a #10 non-bleed gun with a #7 Air Cap for excellent atomization, aluminum quart cup, Delrin tipped needle, .036 nozzle/needle for most lacquers and enamels, a 30' air supply hose, a 3 stage turbine (delivers more air than other 2 stage systems for better atomization - critical for metallics), a complete owner's manual and cleaning brush. This system will spray from light furniture finishes to Gel coat with the right Nozzle/Needle set up.
